I have been practicing Urogynecology since I graduated from fellowship training at UCSD/Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, California in 2017. I currently work in Morristown, New Jersey and was recently given the opportunity to become Fellowship Program Director. I am the mother of 3 wonderful children under the age of 5.

Dr. Bob Achila is a full time faculty member in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) in Nairobi, Kenya. He is the head of the gynaecology section.
Dr. Achila is an alumnus of the AKUH postgraduate medical training program. He is fellowship trained in France and Japan in advanced minimal access surgery, urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. He is a member of International Urogynecology Association (IUGA) where he serves in the advisory board for Africa. He is also a member of the International Continence Society (ICS).
Dr. Achila has subspecialist certification by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) in Urogynecology. He is passionate about the development of urogynecology and minimal access surgery in Africa.

I am a consultant urologist Imperial College Healthcare London.
I am immediate Past President of the Urology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine , and Immediate Past Chair of the Specialist Advisory Committee for Urology in the United Kingdom overseeing all urological training. I have completed my term as Chairman of the British Association of Urological Surgeons’ Section of Female Urology and Reconstruction.
I sit on the Pelvic Floor Oversight Group to oversee the recommendations of the Cumberlege Review for mesh injured patients.My special areas of interest are female urology, paediatric urology and benign reconstruction of the genitourinary tract. I have a national practice in incontinence surgery including revisional surgery in this area. All my practice is now devoted to these aspects of clinical care.

Rachel is a consultant Anaesthetist at ST Mary’s Hospital in Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust.
She has been a consultant anaesthetist since 2013. She has been a Unit of Training lead for 5 years and Director of medical education for 4 years. She is a trained mentor who has worked with doctors in a varied specialty base and she is a huge advocate for human factors.
She has a varied scope of work from obstetrics, urogyaecology, emergency theatre and major trauma.
Proudest and most challenging professional time was during second wave of COVID when I redeployed for 4 months to try to become an ITU consultant.
